I will be working on some of the exercises with my class in order to fend of the evils of impact related fitness. No Pain No gain is only partially true, If you are suffering reoccurring joint or muscle pain inform your instructor!

I highly recommend to anyone who is planning on taking there training to the next level to work extensively on flexibility. The simplest of stretches and strengthening exercises for the small muscle groups of our bodies will help you avoid training discomfort.

Everything requires work, nothing is free that is why it is so rewarding to achieve our goals.
